Actor Jeff Daniels talks about RVing on the Late Show

Jeff Daniels, best known for his role in the movie Dumb and Dumber with Jim Carrey, stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman to talk about his new TV show. At least that was the plan at the outset. But Daniels, who owns a 42-foot motorhome, is an avid RVer and in interviews seems to always prefer talking about RVing, which he does with Letterman, much to the delight of the audience.

  1. Why is it that people who don't have a clue about the limits on their RV weight or size seem to be the same one's that can buy the biggest and best.

  2. He could have killed his wife.
No wonder he played in Dumb and Dumber.

  3. Have you ever driven some of those roads? It's dangerous trying to back up in a Buick with a trailer! (I used to drive them in the 80's when I was stationed back there....) Sure, it wasn't the 'smartest' thing to not be on the Interstate, but I've seen some of the RV shows where Jeff Daniels takes his band to small towns and plays at fairs, event centers and other events in lots of small towns - so cut him some slack.

He had better have that RV specific GPS from Camping World by now!

  4. Why do I come up with a "This video is private" message?
