How to install tire chains

It's that time of year -- chain time, when it's sometimes necessary to install chains on your car or RV to head over a pass, or sometimes to simply drive a few blocks to the grocery store. Here, from the Washington State Department of Transportation, is a short video that shows the right way to install chains.

    Real Nice..now in the real world lets see the same guy doing that in a parking lot with 6" of snow coming down hard and wet.....because you know you CANNOT put them on until it is snowing....

    How about on a 40' class a installation...this is an RV site!
